1. Scope #
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Eunostamps App (iOS and Android) and the website www.eunostamps.com, provided by:

By registering or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Registration and Account #
- Using the app requires the creation of a user account.
- You must be at least 16 years old (in the EU) or meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your country.
- Your login credentials are confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- One account per person is permitted. Transferring an account to third parties is not allowed.
3. Scope of Services #
Eunostamps provides a platform that allows users to:
- digitally manage their stamp collections,
- upload and store photos of stamps,

4. User Content (Photos and Other Uploads) #
4.1 Your Rights Remain Intact #
You retain all copyright in the photos and content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Eunostamps a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content solely for the purpose of providing the service (storage, display within your app). This license terminates upon deletion of the content or your account.
4.3 Prohibited Content #
You may not upload content that:
- violates laws or third-party rights,
- contains offensive, racist, discriminatory, or sexually explicit material,
- contains malware or harmful code,
- constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising.
We reserve the right to remove prohibited content without prior notice.
5. Payment Terms #
5.1 Free and Paid Features #
Parts of the app may be used free of charge. Fees apply for advanced features or subscriptions and will be displayed before purchase.
5.2 Processing #
Payments are processed via the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). The payment terms of Apple or Google apply. Eunostamps does not have direct access to your payment data.
5.3 Right of Withdrawal #
For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance, provided you have expressly consented in advance. For details, please refer to Apple’s or Google’s store terms.
6. User Obligations #
You agree to:
- use the app only for lawful purposes,
- not use automated access (bots, scrapers) to the app or API,
- not circumvent technical security measures,
- not harass or harm other users.
7. Liability #
7.1 Limitation of Liability #
Eunostamps is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and capped at foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
7.2 Availability #
We aim for high service availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure may cause outages.
7.3 User Content #
We assume no liability for content uploaded by users.
8. Termination and Account Suspension #
8.1 Termination by the User #
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Termination by Eunostamps #
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of serious or repeated violations of these Terms of Service.
9. Changes to the Terms of Service #
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction #
German law applies. As a consumer, you may also rely on the law of your country of residence where legally required.
